Cross-Development on Windows:

The SCALE-RT cross-development suite is an intuitive environment which allows model-based software development of applications for the SCALE-RT Linux real-time target. It runs on any Windows PC and can integrate even with 3rd party tools like Scilab/Scicos®, Matlab/Simulink®, SimulationX® or Dymola.

Execution on Real-time Linux:
The SCALE-RT Linux is based on the Debian Linux distribution and includes the Xenomai real-time extension. It allows models developed within the SCALE-RT cross-development environment to be executed in real-time. A Live-CD makes the environment easy-to-use on any standard PC hardware.
